The mechanical pump-in proportional mixing device is a new type of fire-fighting device used to provide foam mixture in proportion to the foam fire-extinguishing system. Applicable to large and medium-sized foam fire protection projects such as hangars, docks, oil refineries, oil depots, loading and unloading areas, petrochemical enterprises, power stations, and offshore drilling platforms.

High-expansion foam is a kind of mechanical air foam, which is formed by uniformly mixing water and high-expansion foam fire extinguishing agent in a certain way according to the set volume ratio, and then using a generator to blow a large amount of air into the foam. Therefore, it is related to the device performance and parameters such as the driving mode of the generator, the expansion ratio and the mixing ratio of the proportional mixer, and is also related to the characteristics of the high-expansion foam fire extinguishing agent.

We are committed to the research and development of new foam proportional mixers, making them suitable for all foam fire extinguishing systems as much as possible. The flow range of the device is wider, the pressure loss is smaller, and the structure is more compact.
