Start-up method of high-pressure water mist fire extinguishing device

  The high-pressure water mist fire extinguishing device has three start-up methods: automatic start-up, manual start-up and mechanical emergency start-up. The start-up of these three ways depends on the situation.

  1. Automatic start:

  When a fire breaks out in the protected area, the fire detector detects the fire and sends a signal to the fire alarm controller. The fire alarm controller confirms the area where the fire occurs according to the address of the fire detector, and then sends a control signal to start the fire extinguishing system in linkage, and opens the corresponding area valve. After the area valve is opened, the pipeline pressure drops, and the stabilized pump automatically starts running for more than 10 seconds. Because the pressure still does not reach 8bar, the high-pressure main pump automatically starts, and the water in the system pipeline quickly reaches the working pressure, and is sprayed through the high-pressure water mist nozzle. out, producing fine water mist to extinguish the fire.

  2. Manual start:

  When a person finds that a fire has occurred and the fire detector has not been activated, the electric valve (or solenoid valve) button in the corresponding area can be activated through the remote fire control center to achieve the purpose of activating the area valve, and the water pump can be automatically activated for water supply and fire extinguishing . In case of failure of the fire alarm system, the handle on the area valve can be manually operated to open the area valve for fire extinguishing.

  3. Mechanical emergency start system:

  When the fire alarm system fails, the handle on the zone valve can be manually operated to open the zone valve to put out the fire.
