The base material of high-expansion foam fire extinguishing agent is synthetic surfactant, so it is also called synthetic foam fire extinguishing agent, which can be used for foaming multiples of 201 times to 1000 times.
It is mainly suitable for fighting non-water-soluble liquid fires in Class A fires and Class B fires.
It is especially suitable for fighting fires in limited spaces, such as fires in garages, hangars, warehouses, and semi-basement buildings. High-expansion foam can not only extinguish fire, but also help to exhaust smoke and displace toxic gases.
working principle
When a fire occurs, the fire pump ② is started automatically or manually, and the pressure-type proportional mixing device ④ has pressure water flowing through it.
The corresponding valve ③ on the pipeline is opened remotely by the fire control center or the automatic control cabinet, and the foam liquid stored in the device is injected into the proportional mixer from the capsule.
After the foam liquid is restricted by the orifice plate, an appropriate amount of foam liquid enters the proportional mixer and is mixed with pressure water at a ratio of 3:97 to form a foam mixture.
Then supply foam generating equipment for fire fighting through pipelines, such as foam guns, foam guns, foam generators, etc., to generate air foam to extinguish Class A, B, and C liquid fires.

Advantages
1. Large amount of foaming
The bubble diameter of the foam is more than 10mm, and the expansion ratio is between 400 and 800 times. Thus, the burning space can be quickly filled and the flame can be extinguished.
2. Easy to transport
Due to the low density and good fluidity of the high-expansion foam, under the action of the air flow that generates the foam, the foam can be transported to a certain height above the ground, a certain depth underground or through the foam conveyor belt (tube) or favorable terrain. Fight fires farther away from the surface.
3. Good heat insulation
When extinguishing a fire, a large amount of foam will not only separate the burning material from the air, but also submerge the personnel and equipment under the threat of flames in the fire scene, so as to protect them from the danger of flame heat radiation.
4. Easy to clean
The high-expansion foam is easy to clean after fire extinguishing. When it is manually removed, it can be directly defoamed by exhaust fans, flowering water guns, etc. When time permits, the natural defoaming method can also be used, and the doors, windows and ventilation holes can be opened. The speed of foam self-elimination is about 0.7m/h, and no trace will be left after disappearing.
